The room was exceptionally cozy, and the friendly staff made our late-night arrival after the concert feel welcoming. However, the noise from the street kept us awake at times, which was a downside.

I visited this hotel for a work event and really liked how close it was to Cardiff Central Station. The room provided a mini-bar and safe, which I found quite useful. It was spacious and clean, although I expected a better view since it overlooked a neighboring building. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries, and the shower worked well. I enjoyed having a good breakfast with options like bacon and gluten-free bread available for my colleague. The check-in was smooth, with friendly staff who were eager to assist. having to deal with the noise from the lift lobby was a bit distracting at times. The hotel definitely needs improvements in soundproofing, particularly on the higher floors. the location and breakfast made it a pleasant stay, but some areas, such as noise and view, could use attention.

The location makes it convenient to explore nearby attractions, with everything just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and equipped with useful amenities like a tea and coffee setup, providing a comfortable environment to unwind after a long day.
I found the floors in the hotel very creaky, making for a restless night, especially if you’re a light sleeper. The air conditioning in my room struggled to cool down adequately, turning my stay into an uncomfortable experience. parking fees were pretty steep, which adds to the overall cost of the visit, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited, leaving more to be desired on that front.

Cozy spot in the city
Had a nice stay! The room was spacious with all the essentials like a kettle and iron. The shower was awesome – super roomy! The staff were friendly too. Just a shame it got noisy at night, with music blasting. the TV was kinda far, hard to see from the bed. The bar has some solid drinks!
