The room was exceptionally cozy, and the friendly staff made our late-night arrival after the concert feel welcoming. However, the noise from the street kept us awake at times, which was a downside.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with a central location just 1 km from the main train station, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the superb buffet featuring everything from smoothies to a cooked Welsh breakfast.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a lovely bar lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find a place to exchange money. The team's prompt service made everything easier! I always recommend this hotel for a relaxing trip.

Had a nice stay! The room was spacious with all the essentials like a kettle and iron. The shower was awesome – super roomy! The staff were friendly too. Just a shame it got noisy at night, with music blasting. the TV was kinda far, hard to see from the bed. The bar has some solid drinks!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our five kids. The location is superb, making it easy for us to walk to places like Cardiff Castle and the Motorpoint Arena. The spacious room was a hit, especially with the kids enjoying the comfy beds.

My kids wished for better soundproofing from street noise.
