The room is reasonably priced. The staff is reasonably good and well experienced, makes sure that the place is clean. This property is in a particularly good location, next to shops and restaurants and Cardiff in the future...

Everything was fantastic, met requirements, and the staff were excellent and accommodating people at all times. The hotel had a very central position right by Cardiff and the restaurant. Cardiff Centre district was worth staying in.

The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful.
The two windows in our room had a direct view to another house wall, so no view but very quiet.

It was all right. Charged only for 4 breakfasts although there were only 2. Wait now for repayment of 2 breakfasts.

The departure
Breakfast: fried eggs from the package, the next day, fried egg: dripping fat. The room was occupied after check-in: I suppose, a system crash

The room was exceptionally cozy, and the friendly staff made our late-night arrival after the concert feel welcoming. However, the noise from the street kept us awake at times, which was a downside.

The hotel is located right in the city center, in the pedestrian zone. A bit old but in good condition. Very good value for the night. The choice for breakfast was varied, but constant throughout the days. Very friendly hotel staff who responded quickly to requests.

As usual, high standards of service, room facilities very good, didn't eat so no comment
The room was very dark with no outlook and the parking can be difficult with the taxi drivers often blocking the entrance to the car park

Location
The booking was not correct. Only through contacting the hotel prior to my visit to check the booking did I find that 1 of the 3 rooms had not been booked and my request for twin rooms had not been acknowledged or applied. I note that the question below only refers to two rooms when in fact I booked three!! Also when booking out of the rooms I was charged to 2 breakfasts and a telephone call which was incorrect. The charge was cancelled with no questions asked so it seemed that this was a regular occurance. The staff were very pleasant but there are obvious admin problems.
